Sat Phone Rental - per Week Rate + calls

SUMMARY OF CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

 In short, any damage (including Fluid Ingress), loss of, or stolen equipment and / or accessories incurred due to the negligence of The Hirer, their Staff or Guests will be the full responsibility of the Hirer, who will be required to reimburse Capricorn Communications for costs of repair or replacement.  Equipment is deemed to be the responsibility of The Hirer until physically receipted by Capricorn Communications. 

Faults must be reported as soon as possible and the unit returned as soon as practical to our Service Centre for repair. A replacement unit will, if possible, be made available for the balance of the Contract.

Unless covered by an official Company Order, all transactions will be by Direct Debit Credit Card which will include all call charges. For periods in excess of one month, Capricorn Communications will invoice (where a Company Order is received) or Direct Debit the cost of the Hire and all call charges for that period and supply a copy of the receipt including an itemized account of the calls.

Where applicable, all freight to and from Capricorn Communications will be at the expense of The Hirer. For short term hire periods where the unit /s are dispatched to and from the Hirers location, the Hire Period commences on the day of dispatch and terminates on the day of receipt of the unit/s.

Defaulting of payment will mean instant suspension of service and associated reconnection charges to be at the expense of The Hirer.
